06 July 2014 1)What is the difference between return and refund. 2)I am tax payer, my TDS is more than my i.t. Can I claim my I.T. refund online.? I have Form No.16. 3)Which is the last date of refund form submission.

06 July 2014 Return means submission of Income tax Return (Due Date is 31.07.2014 for AY 2014-15) based on which your refund is processed.

If TDS deducted from you is more than Income Tax payable by you then you can get the refund by filing your Income Tax return.

Last date is 31.07.2014 for FY 2013-14 i.e., AY 2014-15.
