We have filed ITR without claming TDS credit. Now this TDS credit is shown under 26AS. Assessee have file return after due date.

So what remedy is available with me for Getting my refund.

Further i can possible to ractification request u/s 154...

13 November 2013 Rectification request is possible when the intimation has been issued. Otherwise, revise the return. Something better would result rather than -not at all claiming -the TDS.
