Thank u sir.........!!! A person having Commission only Rs. 60000 and saving bank interest Rs. 1500 in the Previous Year 2011-12. and Tds deducted Rs. 6000 u/s 194H then 1. ITR 4 is applicable...?? 2. What is last date of filling...?? Whether this return shall be according to sec. 139(1) or 139(4).....??? 3.After uploading return without digital signature, what is next procedurs if any
