21 July 2012 An assessee has filled his ITR for A.Y 2011-12 on 14/09/2011. He has a refund claim of Rs.7,543.00. But he has not received the refund, he received an Intimation u/s 141(3), in this his return was processed nill.Can he get the refund? How?

21 July 2012 FIRST, HE HAS TO VERIFY THE REFUND AMOUNT WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIVED FROM IT DEPARTMENT. IF HE HAS A REFUND AMOUNT IN THE ITR-V THEN HE CAN GIVE REPLY OF NOTICE RECEIVED U/S 141(3).
