An assessee has filled his ITR for A.Y 2011-12 on 14/09/2011. He has a refund claim of Rs.7,543.00. But he has not received the refund, he received an Intimation u/s 141(3), in this his return was processed nill.Can he get the refund? How?

FIRST, HE HAS TO VERIFY THE REFUND AMOUNT WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIVED FROM IT DEPARTMENT. IF HE HAS A REFUND AMOUNT IN THE ITR-V THEN HE CAN GIVE REPLY OF NOTICE RECEIVED U/S 141(3).
