18 April 2016 I want to have practical understanding of New Companies Act 2013,IND AS, Income tax Act.Which books shall I refer?

02 May 2016 You can refer to the bare acts for understanding and interpretation of statute and for further analysis you can pick any professional books available in the market. For direct taxation taxmann series would be helpful. In case of Companies Act, 2013 you may pick books from CCH publication or material released by Company Secretaries Institute. For Ind AS you may refer to Dolphy D'souza.
