rectification of mistake u/s 154

25 November 2010 an against 143(1) intimation, assessee filed application 154 of the IT Act. AO had rejected the application in simple manner not any prescribed form.

my question is

'Can I submit another application under section 154 of the IT Act.'

25 November 2010 no. Once the same has been rejected u cannot apply. File an Appeal against rectification order
