Rectification

13 December 2013 there is demand outstanding of the AY 2010-11 being reflected in my IT records. i have made online rectification but then also demand was raised due to TDS mismatch. but they have not sent any rectification order. now if i am sending request for intimation then it says that invalid CPC reference no. what should i do??

16 December 2013 if you are requesting to send intimation u/s 143(1) for the said assessment year it will never ask you any cpc reference number details

just send a request for sending intimation u/s143(1) by login to your account and go to my account tab and there from

however as you said refund stopped due to tds mismatch find out what is mismatch can be found out by login to your account and my account tab and go to tds credit mismatch there by provide details relevant and you can see mismatch of tds details

after receiving intimation send rectification online
