First tell me what status u want. 1. company 2. partnership 3. propritorship etc. etc.
whatever the status other commen requirement is :- if your Gross Receipt is more than Rs. 10 Lacs you have to get registration under service Tax or u can get registration under the shop and establishment ACt.
