Dear Sir/Madam, One of my friend file his return at his own. Unfortunately his personal diary has been stolen where he used to keep all the important information. Now he is having no registered mail id password and income tax user id and password. How can he recover all the lost information ?

Go to the site and select forget password option. They will ask for last year return acknowledgement. Enter it and you will get new password option.
