Recover of Deleted file

29 October 2009 Plase let me know, if any one know about this,
that an important file has been deleted by me & it is also deleted from the Recycle bin.
I want to recover that file
that file is very important to me otherwise i will be in a great promblem
please let me know if there is any way to recover that file as soon as possible

29 October 2009 please let me know which OS you are using.

If this is Win. 98/ME/2000 : then u can use the recoiver4all application to retrieve the file.

For XP & Vista : there is another application to retrieve the files.

Give me your mail ID i will send the file to you. OR take my mail ID send me the mail ca_cms@yahoo.co.in.
