Reconstitution of firm & changes in deed

This query is : Resolved

29 April 2015 If salary clause in an UNREGISTERED PARTNERSHIP DEED is changed from 'Not Allowed' to 'Allowed', does it mean that FIRM is RE-CONSTITUTED ? Also let me know, is it necessary that after such change in on of one the clauses in partnership deed, we have to apply for PAN correction/changes ?
Pl. Note that except above mentioned change in salary, whole partnership deed remains un-altered...

29 April 2015 YOU HAVE TO MAKE A SUPPLEMENTARY DEED ON RS. 50/- STAMP PAPER. FIRM WILL BE CONTINUING ONE, BUT YOU HAVE TO FILE THE SUPPLEMENTARY DEED WITH I.T.DEPT. EVEN IF NOT REGISTERED.SAME PAN NO. WILL CONTINUE.SAME FIRM WILL ALSO CONTINUE.

01 May 2015 Thanks CA Manoj Gupta & Mr. V. P. Ghuwalewala. Thank you so much.
