pls suggest the provision regarding payment of service tax for availing motor vehicle cab rental for pickup & drop of employees. I'm service receiver. In simple and practice way. Thank you!

IF you are a business entity and rent a cab services received other than limited company then you are liable to pay service tax under RCM.
