Short payment Default is only for mismatch of challan or any other Reasons

28 August 2014 it may be for other reason also. like deductee was under Lower deduction and when you enter lower deduction certificate number, if number is wrong then also it shows lower deduction.

Sometimes, Traces have some technical problem also.
