Please Clear what are reasons behind different packages of CA professionals of the same age group.

12 July 2014 It totally depends on the profile offered by the company and need of the company. Overall experience, level of training, knowledge of subject also makes a big difference as far as job selection is concerned.

Age of a candidate may be same the attitude of everyone is different.
