BUYER CAN NOT PAY S TAX AFTER BUYING OF TAKE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM BUILDERS

BUILDER CAN TAKE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE FROM MUNICIPALITY OR CORPORATION OR GRAM PANCHYAT ENGINEER.
