pls guide for Ready mix concrete.

problem is that if i avail notification no. 1/2011 c.e.w.e.f.17/03/2012 then when we will pay duty and file return (Quarterlly/Monthly.) and our c.y.turnover is 68 lacs approx.

pls guide me full detail on excise on RMC.
