27 July 2010 Can anyone tell abt the Legal Compliance & Procedure for adding word "India" in existing company having Authorised Share Capital Rs. 4.00 Crores & Paid up is Rs. 2.00 Crores as Equity & Rs. 2.00 Crores as Preference????
