Our consignment agent raised the Bill in 1st qtr, 2nd qtr, 3rd qtr and 4th qtr but issued the F Form agst consg. Sale at end of year. pls confirm me that this is right as per rule or Not.

As per the CST act 1956.

the F form to be issued on every month.for total purchase during the month.

not in qauarterly basis.
