10 October 2011 Hi to all.i am writing november 2011 ca final,i want to know whether changes in penal provision in service tax is applicable for nov exam?

11 October 2011 Any changes came through Finance Act 2011 are not applicable. But all notifications /circulars upto 30.04.2011 are applicable.
