Dear Sir, The Situation: I am a Trader of Industrial Goods. Recently I need to resale some goods to a SEZ Unit. My supplier is exciseable manufacturer. But my customer is situated in SEZ and wants to avail SEZ Benefit of Excise free invoice. The Problem: a)I am not registered in Excise or SEZ therefore cant issue any CT-1 or etc form. b)The manufacturer needs to bill me only since the materials are to be routed via me (due to my hidden margins) c)The customer has issued purchase orders in my name only.
