05 September 2020 GST charged by a Restaurant is 5%
Purchases from Unregistered dealer is say Rs 10000/-

Now my query is :-

(1) What will be the RCM rate on Rs 10000 ?
(2) and is ITC available on this RCM .. ?

06 September 2020 There is no RCM on purchases from uregistered dealers under section 9(4) currently.
