SIR, MY SUPPLIER ISSUE A SALE BILL WITH LESSED FREIGHT IN BILL TO ME & I PAY FREIGHT TO DRIVER , IS IT APPLICABLE RCM ON FREIGHT WHICH IS PAID BY ME ?
