03 June 2018 Please clear a point of RCM on under mentioned conditions :-
1)If a proprietor of a firm is giving his industrial property to a company in which he is also a director, is RCM will be applicable ?
2) Rent amount is below 10 Lac.
3) he is taking salary from company.

03 June 2018 Thanks for your valuable reply, please clear more as in sr.no.1 factory on rent was from fy 12-13. Is that time RCM will be applied, if not please share any notification.

In above mentioned notification no.13/2017 CT rate only 5 points & that is for central tax, my issue is of Sr.Tax, please advise.
