can service provided by director to a company be liable for RCM and conpany should have to pay service tax?

only directorship services (such as sitting fees) are covered under RCM. any other professional service is not covered therein.

IF THE DIRECTOR ON COMPANY ROLL MEANS IF PROVIDED FULL TIME EMPLOYEE OF COMPANY THEN NO
REQUIRED TO DEPOSIT THE SERVICE TAX.
