28 April 2013 If the service provider has already charged full 12.36% in the bill and we have paid the same to the service provider and he has paid it to the govt. what is my liability in that case ??

Please provide guidance...

15 July 2013 This time you can collect the copy of challan from service provider and show to department incase any clarification, further you can pay the servie tax under RCM
