Can you please inform me the tax rates(slab rates, depreciation rates, deductions, capital gains, etc,.) which are applicable in income tax for May 2011 IPCC attempt??

sir i am unable to access the site.the page is not opening.some error is occurring in it. Can you please suggest me an alternative to get to know the rates prevailing for may 2011 Ipcc attempt.
