What is the rate of TDS applicable on AMC of computer software Licence? Under which Section? Pls. explain in detail in comparision to section 194C & 194J.

It depends on the nature of work. there are people who argue in both cases. i would suggest that you can apply 194C. The main thing is TDS has to be deducted and paid.
