11 February 2012 yes. what ever i mentioned above is general CST rate. products vat rate is lower than 2% then CST also apply the same rate

11 February 2012 CST shall be chargeable @ 2% if the sale is against C form or at the local rate of taxes of the goods sold.. if the rate of tax of goods is lower than 2% then such local rate of tax..
