16 April 2010 sir please tell me the rate of sub contractor and contractor.as par my knowledge it is 1% for sub contractor and 2% for contractor. is it correct if wrong please sir clear my doubt

2% FOR OTHERS

16 April 2010 the rate of TDS for contractor and sub contractor are the same. it is 1% for individuals and HUF and 2% for other entities.
