PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS CURRENT SERVICE TAX RATE ON GENERAL TRANSPORT AGENCY

19 April 2013 when the person paying the freight is registered person (as in for partnership, company..etc) then reverse charge applicable and the person paying the freight is liable for 25% of the bill amount. tax @ 12.36%
otherwise gta liable with same rate
