SIR PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT RATE WILL BE APPLICABLE IN CASE OF FOLLOWINGS:-
RENT RECEIVED AND BILL SEND BY CHARGING 12.36 % RATE ON DATED 21.04.2015 AND NEXT DAY I.E 22.04.2015 GOVT NOTIFIED NEW RATE 14.00.THEN REVISE BILL BE SENT BY CHARGING NEW SERVICE TAX RATE .WHETHER BILL BE CHARGED BY 12.36 RATE FOR 21 DAYS AND @14% FOR 9 DAYS.PLEASE GUIDE....

no need of new rate... bill date wil matter.. all bil given before the notified date wil b charged 12.36 %
