Rate of service tax

We are infraproject company, We have let out machinery on rent to another company, I want to know what is the service tax rate in such case. There is any impact of reverse charge mechanism.

11 January 2013 As per the negative list is concerned., the above service is not mentioned in the negative list., so u will be liable to service tax., and coming to point of reverse charge., reverse charge will not come here.,as u are also a company and u will liable to collect service tax from the tenant
