pls tell me the excise duty rate applicable on manufacturing of bags , mobile covers etc.
whether it is 12.36% or 12.5%???
if it is 12.5%, then plz give me date of applicability.

Excise duty rate has been increased from 12.36% to 12.5% from March 1, 2015.
