Only one way, study hard and study smart.

refer to smart notes (often given by coaching institutes in form of short cuts, ways to remember difficult parts).

go through RTPs, practice manuals...there are always some sections in each subject that carry more weight....

But in no case should you refer to multiple reference books. that only results in confusion and wastage of time.
