Dear Sir,
I want to start Business of Manufacturing through my HUF.
My question is , Can I use OR lend as a loan ,my personal OR my wife's saving Funds to My own HUF business firm?

No problem. You can lend. Just keep track of the money used for explaining later the source of fund for manufacturing unit.
