I have got a question to ask.
If a professional does contract with a party, then what will be the rate of TDS?

Whether it is 1%(for contract) or it should be 10%(for professional work).

And please also tell me if engineering work for repair and maint. is done by an Engineers' firm under a contract, then what will be the rate of TDS?
