13 March 2017 can we pay commission on sale upto rs 1.5 lakh and above without deduct tds?when sale t.o is over 1 cr

14 March 2017 First of all there is no relationship between TDS and turnover.

As per section 194H of income tax Act if commission paid to one person is more than Rs. 15000, TDS is to be deducted @5%.
