Do I need - Shop Establishment licence for Trading Used Goods on Online ?

29 March 2012 i dont think v need dis license as there is no place of business. but if u register ny place of business for correspndense then u ll need one

14 April 2012 Yes it is required as the act is for shops as well as establishment. The place from where you are doing business is establishment then you are to take a licence
