18 October 2012 What are the licence and tax ( such as trade licence, VAT, income tax, sales tax, etc. ) - required to sell my Personal goods - as an Individual - anywhere in India - on the internet ?

For one time selling of personal goods a person does not need VAT,sales tax or trade licence,because you can't be termed as a dealer......MJK
