A is a individual advocate and XYZ Ltd is a Co.

A provide Legal Service to XYZ Ltd as on 6/4/2012.
And XYZ Paid fees as on 9/9/2012.

IS reverse charge applicable to XYZ Ltd on above case . Pls solve dis query with suitable provisions
