Query regarding ‘f’ form liability.

This query is : Resolved

16 May 2013 Dear Experts,

I need one opinion .

If we are sending /receiving goods (part of inventory) to our Branch/Head office for demonstration purpose . In above case we need to show transaction type as against stock transfer against ‘F’ form liability or without ‘F’ form liability .

Your earlier reply will be highly appreciable.

Thanks

17 May 2013 Inventory sent from Head Ofice to Branch Office for Demonstration purpose.

if,
Head Office raise Invoice as branch trnsfer Inventory against Form "F".
or
Head Office Retail Invoice raise to Branch office as branch trnsfer Inventory vith local VAT Charge against without Form "F".

17 May 2013 Dear Sir,

Thanks for prompt reply on above query .

But still I m not understand, what we need to do then we sent inventory head office to branch office for demonstration purpose (returnable basis) .

In this case can we transfer inventory without 'F" form liability.

Thanks
Jeevan Sharma
