You need to register yourself for CA final as soon as you pass your IPCC exams. Then you can give final exams after completion of your articleship or you can give exam on provisional basis in the last 6months of your articleship.

you need to start your articleship first .. you are eligible for ca final after completion of 2.5 years of articleship . . hence your date of completion/starting of articles will be relevant for ascertaining your ca final attempt
