Client receiving Technical Services, no doubt obligation to deduct TDS u/s 194J, if he given to AMC whether such is liable to TDS under 194C or 194J?

definetely we will check the nature of service and if it technical then it should be 194 J. BUT in practical on AMC charges noramally companies deduct TDS under 194 C.
