21 August 2013 For the purpose of calculation of Assessable value, the installation charges is not considered in the value of the asset purchased? Why ?
(Even-though the cost is directly related to the asset)

22 August 2013 Basically Excise will apply on the manufacturing or producing exciseable goods in India. installation is not forming part of product price.
