20 February 2010 Dear Experts,

I may post my query as under :

I noticed in the balance sheet of the company, 'Land' is mentioned under the heading 'Current Assets, Loans & Advances'.

My query : Where do I mention in the Form 23AC - whether I should mention in the field 'Other current assets'.

I shall wait for the response. Thanks.

20 February 2010 In continuation of my above said query, I may mention the following :

Though 'Land' comes under Fixed Asset, it is mentioned in the BS of the company under the heading 'Current Assets, Loans & Advances'.

While I fill in the Form 23AC, can I appropriately fill in the field 'Gross Fixed Assets'. Whether it's OK, if I fill in the field GFA.

I shall wait for the response / guidance.

20 February 2010 Again, I continue my query for giving the fact :

The name of the company is 'XYZ PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED'. (Whether for this company, 'Land' may come under the heading 'Current Assets, Loans & Advances').

I shall now wait for the final views.

20 February 2010 Since it is estate or builders write in ca

yes u can write in other ca

22 February 2010 Form 23AC is based on the Balance sheet of the Company which is attached to it.

Hence while entring the details of the Form 23Ac always state as per Balance sheet.

Hence, Land as shown in the balance sheet, state in Current asests
