Can anybody explain me the provision or detailed explanation about sale again declarations or sale against various forms such as sale against C form, J form ,H form etc.

03 November 2013 Under CST Act sales of various types happen affecting the tax liability.These are : 1)Sales without any forms i.e. normal ---Full rate of tax(vat).2)Sale to regd dealers against 'C' form----2% CST 3)sale in the course of export against form 'H' ---exempt.4)sale in transit against E1 or E2......Exempt.5)Sale to SEZ dealers form I 6) sale to diplomatic missions against form J ...Exempt.After declaring in the returns,concerned forms are to be filed within three months(next qurter) to the vat office......
