28 January 2014 Filling form 15CA for remittance above 50000 which is not chargable to tax.

then it is required to issue certificate 15CA CA

29 January 2014 No it is not required to be filled.
But practically to observe RBI & FEMA guidelines Banks are asking for such certificates.
