We incorporate new company now company want to file tender, for this company has to show his experience, but promoter ,director & share holder has experience how can he show his experience as company exp while filing tender.

Company being an artificial person is run by Directors. So in the tender mention the fact that the Company's Board comprises of Mr X and Mr Y as Executive Directors, who have vast experience in the field. Give complete profile of the Directors in the tender.
