To Form a Private Limited Company, following are the pre-requisites: 1) At least Share Capital of Rs. 100000/- 2) At Least Two Subscribers/ Shareholders to MOA 3) At Least Two Directors (shareholders and directors can be the same person) 4) In your case, copy of License of Manpower as required to be filled along with Form 1 for filling Company Registration.
