16 January 2013 My query is whehter an articled assistant can pursue more than one course during articled period like ca,cwa,cs and ignou degree without sending Form 112 to icai .What may be the consequences of it

16 January 2013 Not advisable to do any such act. ICAI can derecognise the articleship served and the article may have to serve the articleship again.
